Eric Icarus soars into print

Unsecret Identity: Eric Icarus - Book One will be released as a paperback print edition on Monday, August 19, 2024.

After nearly a year of only being available as a digital ebook, my debut full-length YA sci-fi superhero novel will be made available to purchase as a physical book. Tangibility makes the story feel more “real,” but for those who prefer to read on their Kindle ereader device (or via the Kindle app on their smart device such as an iPhone or iPad), the ebook version will continue to be available.

In a perfect world, multiple editions would’ve been available during the initial launch, but much like the titular hero of this book, I, too, am learning to fly - each edit is a lesson, every update to the cover art or interior format is a new educational experience, and the ongoing expansion of digital (and some physical) infrastructure serves as a part of my author evolution. That’s a long winded way of saying this passion project has been trial by error. I am, pardon the pun, learning on the fly.

The journey so far has been a rewarding one, and it continues to be joy to see new aspects added to the overall catalogue. A physical copy of the book will be an available through Amazon but more exciting develops will be announced.
